The British Recruitment Awards celebrate the individuals and teams who demonstrate genuine passion, purpose and excellence in recruitment; all qualities that Jon embodies every single day.

To be recognised in the Leader of the Year category is a testament to Jon’s vision, his dedication to the legal sector, and the values-driven, people-first approach on which he founded RedLaw over 15 years sgo.
