I have worked at RedLaw as Marketing Manager for almost three years. The culture here is different to anywhere else I have worked. It’s supportive, friendly and motivating - no room for egos which is refreshing especially given we work in the recruitment industry. Team members are polite, courteous, thoughtful, respectful. There is a one team philosophy – we all work together in one open plan office, share successes and congratulate achievements openly whether that’s personally face to face, in company meetings or at team promotion drinks for example. RedLaw has provided me with flexible working opportunities in the form of part time and working from home. As a mother of two small children, RedLaw is totally understanding of my position – that’s where the mutual trust and respect comes in.
