Red Life: Sophie's insider view

Despite having only recently joined the team here at Redlaw, it feels like I have been here for years! Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming.

The team are made up of very different personalities who share similar values, they’re very collegiate in the way they work and truly passionate about what they do. It’s an incredibly mature environment that allows consultants to run their desk their own way, however there is also a lot of guidance and training when needed.

The team have a wealth of knowledge on clients, practice areas and general recruitment which they’re always happy to share with each other so they can help each other succeed!
