This is a great opportunity if you want to join a tier 1 US law firms Leveraged Finance practice. You will advise lenders, issuers, borrowers and some sponsors in all parts of the capital structure.
You will advise on deals with a wide range of clients ranging from leading bulge bracket investment banks, private credit funds, private equity firms and corporates.
There are regular training sessions, a collegiate and supportive team to work in and you will advise on high calibre market leading deals.
The idea candidate will have:
- At least 10 months Banking and Finance experience, ideally in leveraged finance
- England and Wales or Common Law qualified
- Trained at a Private Practice Law Firm
- Strong academics
