This is an excellent opportunity for a banking and finance or capital markets lawyer who enjoys advising on complex deals to join a market leading team where you will advise on a range of structured finance work. This is from asset backed financing, receivable financings, CLOs, derivatives and repacks and various esoteric structured finance products.
The team is lean and there is excellent training which is both formal and also ‘on the job’.
The pay is Cravath scale and there is excellent career progression to become an excellent structured finance lawyer.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At 6 months Banking and Finance experience
- England and Wales or Common Law qualified
- Trained at a Private Practice Law Firm
- Strong academics
