I am the Manager of the Associate recruitment team at RedLaw. I entered the recruitment industry working as an investment banking headhunter upon completing a law degree from Warwick University in 2013. I started my career in recruitment as a head-hunter responsible for hiring investment bankers into bulge bracket and elite investment banks. I later transitioned into legal recruitment where I specialise in placing associate lawyers at all levels and across all practice areas into law firms across the City. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, friends and am a keen runner.

I am a legal head-hunter with a background recruiting into corporate functions, high frequency traders and telecom giants. With 8 years+ experience working with a wide breadth of clients, both in traditional agency and RPO formats, I operate in the associate space, helping junior to mid-level lawyers to find their next exciting opportunity in the world of private practice. Away from my desk in my free time I like to go camping, collect old comics, play football to a poor standard, write poems, and am working on a novel - very slowly.
