Principal Consultant - Risk & Compliance Team
I head up the Risk and Compliance team at RedLaw and specialise in recruiting Paralegals and Legal Compliance professionals into law firms based in London and regionally. I recruit for a range of roles, from entry level administrators and paralegals through to Heads of Compliance covering temporary, contract and permanent vacancies. I have over 12 years’ experience in recruitment and pride myself on providing a consultative approach to both candidates and clients, as well as keeping clients up to date with market knowledge and trends. At the weekends I enjoy eating out and socialising with friends and family.
