This is an excellent opportunity to join a high quality employment practice where you will have the opportunity to do corporate support, advisory and contentious matters. The employment practice is largely standalone and the law firm is full service so there is incredible variety to the type of employment work you would work on.
You will be part of one of the larger teams in the market and there is plenty of support on matters. Also, there is lots of training from Partners who take an active role in training and are very technical as well as commercial.
The team is incredibly collegiate and supportive and there is plenty of career progression in terms of business development opportunities or alternative routes such as to become a knowledge lawyer in the team in time.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At two years employment experience in Private Practice
- England and Wales or Common Law qualified
- Strong academics
