Well, what a year! Ended rather magnificently at the Dorchester Hotel.

RedLaw. Small yet mightily ambitious. Amidst another challenging year, there have been so many things we can be grateful for. Here’s just some of our best bits:

- Over 160 legal professionals supported into new roles across all levels and disciplines
- The business has successfully diversified into temporary recruitment
- 55 different law firm clients serviced assisting with their recruitment programmes
- New relationships built and existing one strengthened
- New wellbeing benefits introduced for our RedLaw team
- One team member trained as a mental health first aider
- Flying the flag for legal recruitment with both our team and individual consultants reaching the finals in three award schemes
- Outstanding testimonials received for our consultants from happy clients and candidates
- Over 1,500 trees now planted across our reforestation projects
- Team Spurs Dare Skywalk challenge smashed and £3,450 raised for charity
- 2nd and 3rd school scholarships completed for our sponsored Kenyan children, with the 4th and 5th secured for 2022
- 24 spins on the prize wheel for our monthly award winners
- 9 Employee Award end of year winners for 2021
- Many jokes, laughs and memories made with our amazing team
- Way too many treats on the treat table to mention
- And last, but no means least, one incredible law firm merger!
