Further responsibilities include:
- Managing and leading a team of Compliance Analysts and Administrators to ensure efficient CDD process
- Working with the CLOP/MLRO, COO and Management Partner to help build a centralised risk function
- Reviewing and assisting with client risk assessments and the firm wide risk assessment
- Providing training and support to the team
The ideal candidate must have at least four years of experience in a compliance role within a law firm and must possess exposure to risk assessment. They should have the ability to use their own initiative while considering the needs of our clients, partners, and other stakeholders around the firm. Furthermore, a professional approach and the ability to manage their workload are essential traits.
