This exciting opportunity is perfect for a Qualified Solicitor with extensive commercial experience who is looking to transition into an in-house role, while still thriving in the dynamic and collaborative environment of a leading law firm.
You will report directly to the Head of Corporate Risk & Governance and work closely with the General Counsel, playing a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with professional standards. Key responsibilities will include policy development, conducting file audits, delivering training, and managing contractual matters for both client engagements and supplier relationships.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience and a solid foundation in commercial law.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, productive relationships across all levels of the firm, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Skilled in conveying complex issues with clarity, and able to deliver difficult decisions effectively and diplomatically.
- Experience within a large City or international law firm is highly desirable.
