Join a leading global law firm to hire a Pitch Manager to join their busy pitch team. This role is integral to the firm’s business development efforts, focusing on creating and managing compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business opportunities.
Reporting to the Senior Pitch Manager, you will:
- Proposal Management: Lead the end-to-end process of developing and producing proposals, RFP responses, and pitch presentations. Ensure all materials are tailored, strategic, and aligned with the firm's brand messaging.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with partners and senior stakeholders to develop winning strategies for each bid, identifying key differentiators and win themes.
- Content Development: Draft, edit, and produce high-quality pitch documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Manage the creation of supporting materials such as placemats and case studies.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments, including practice groups, marketing, and business development teams, to gather necessary information and insights for pitches.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine and improve the pitch process, templates, and content repositories to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal or professional services marketing, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to produce high-quality pitch materials.
